Hey evryone here will be my GIRO debut, I don't know what I could expect, but if I have a little bit (or so much) luck than I could reach my first ever stage win, but we will see.
The line up is here:
Bence Bánhidi-Captain (GC man and maybe white jersey contender)
Dieter Dachs (the wing man, try to help a lot for Bence in the GC fight by support)
Janus Smarason (with some luck he could be some hilly sprint finish)
Orlando Ribera (the hilly helper, try to be in some escape)
Péter Lukács (will be my "sprinter", could earn some money in the sprint stages)
Adrián Sipos, Daniel Dujsebajev, Dika Mem, Kristóf Palasics, (the magic flat helpers, they have to give their full energy for the succes of the team)

Maglia Rosa
***
Kristaps Porzingis (Dreizehn)
**
Erki Liiv (NoMoreLulz), GeorgeGordon Byron (Alkworld)
*
Carlos Noriega (SV Furpach), PhilipEdward Davis (Bugatti), Oskar Drewek (CircleCycle)
Skipping the 4 & 5 star category with missing some alternatives. Other climbers in rookie teams hard to judge. KP gaining 5-6 mins against everyone else here is the clear no1. Biggest issue could be Alk with Byron in combination with his classics, but Dreizehn with a too strong team here to loose enough.
Maglia Ciclamino
***
PhilipEdward Davis (Bugatti)
**
Nikita Viitanen (NoMoreLulz), Jacques Tilly (Alkworld)
*
Delron Carpendale (Dreizehn), Eike Dehn (FSG Sattelpuper), escape rider
Honestly could have mentioned half of Bugattis team here, picked Davis as the guy with the biggest chances, Sprinters maybe already out after yesterday. First 2 stages showed that someone out of the groups also has big chances.
Maglia Azzurra
***
The one who wants it
**
Another rider
*
A surprise rider
CircleCycle and RSVBenrath already showed interest. Lets see who also shows up.
Maglia Bianca
***
Bence Bánhidi (Legends of Handball)
**
Dave Bing (Alkworld), Alvar Myhlback (RSVBenrath)
*
Bakary Lompo (Bugatti), Leonardo Cianciulli (Dreizehn), Andreas Schröder (FSG Sattelpuper)
Bence topfavo as he is the clear leader in his team, same for Alvar. Bing with the ITT advantage would be no1 without his helper role. Same issue for our Leo. Lompo with being able to follow classic attacks here and there also dangerous.
Team classement
***
Dreizehn
**
Alkworld, NoMoreLulz
*
Bugatti, SV Furpach, CircleCycle
Ranked by team strength and feeling, but this classement will also have a huge connection to escapes.

Hello there,
we joined the morning party pretty late, even though there have been some rumours before that we may join anyway.
We are glad to start here with the following lineup
$503.223:
1.

Erki Liiv
87-61-76-50-48 43 GC-Leader
2.

Alikhan Asetov
61-78-62-44-53 50 Hilly Support / Escapes
3.

Valeri Daniyar
73-78-64-49-52 43 Classic Support
4.

Nikita Kaiyrzhan
49-80-59-47-47 47 Good Soul
5.

Leonid Pavlenko
75-78-56-47-50 52 Classic Support
6.

Jaak Talu
54-84-70-47-47 43 flexible Flat Support
7.

Raivis Veips
50-89-68-50-58 49Flat Monster
8.

Juris Vertulaitis
59-83-71-53-56 49 Hilly Support / Escapes
9.

Nikita Viitanen
73-79-77-50-65 43 Co-Leader / Classic Captain / Sprinter
It's our first GT ever and our expectations are mixed.
Targets:
1. First of all we want to survive 24 days in the same tour mentally.
2. Would be 3 Stage wins, as we just were lucky today to already got the first GT win ever, we are now hyped and are aiming for 4 Stage wins!
3. GC Podium would be really lovely for Liiv.
4. I have no idea about financials in a GT, but we would like to come back with $800.000 to cover some costs and further develop the team because our Classic Support will soon leave the team probably.
Let's have a nice Giro!

3 stages in the books. Quite disappointing when it comes to stage favos riding for their chances. Even with a lot help from us as GC favo, noone is really doing anything. Rosa in escape. Puper doing Puper things. Bugatti pointing at Puper and forget his own responsibility, being in escape and get p1-4 in peloton. Alk already try to profitate and bringing Frazier in position. Our hopes are on NML in the mountain stages.
Lets have fun!

7 stages done, first mountain stage today.
Todays stage very long and it was the calmest stage so far while also the one with the tightest controlling. Small breakaway with good coop but the climb in the end was too long. They lost around 10minutes. Not much time gained by Liiv today, very straightforward riding by Dreizehn (Tukh as sitter). The next 2 days might be more interesting as Dreizehn and NML got weakened now while the rest just sat there and watched. Maybe new favo checks after sunday is done.
Second restday - second recap

Field behavior changed. NML showed up as stage favo and took 6 of 9 stages so far. GC wise nothing big happened. Porzingis stays the big favorite, Liiv bringing himself in position for podium. Alk missing out to make Bing his leader for a safe Podium and keeps the dream alive to get Byron into rosa somehow. GC develops on the ITT, next stage. Early form leaders could profitate to gain time and take advantage of the GC control for Porzingis.
Giro starts now!

Well Orlando did it, he won the stage and become the first stage winner of the team. Now I could concentrate on the second win and the best GC position of Bence as it possible.
For the GC places there was a big fight for too, altough in that fight the handball players was a bit passive, Bence concentrate to Bing, he tought the leader of the white jersey competition could attack. Liiv, Davis, Barbosa, Byron and Drewek gain some time on the maglia rosa group.
