Tour de Romandie 2013 14h

Post by Robyklebt » Tue Apr 23, 2013 7:37 am

Apes at the start
Trapani leader, behind him as many guy that won't ride the Giro as possible. That means Bochini, Buttu, Scodreanu Peterhans. All most likely there. The biggest question still is 1 or 2 other classics? No Tasman for sure, so Legrand or Sekiguchi or both?

bw at the start too.

Hill as leader of course.
Bourne, Townshend as helpers ...

Great question for me:
With Chaplin or without ... think white he have no chance, perhaps the first TT for yellow ... mmmhh.

Eddie and Roy will be there too. Then of course Stefano and Stéphane, Jan and Victor, Henri, Tomasz and Walter. Maybe Kenny for Walter, but Kenny is not fit at all...

I fear there won't be much to get for Eddie and Roy, not even a fight for white for Eddie. Too much ~80 climbers with 65+ TT, also young ones, with Gismo's Aguilar as the top favorite for the GC and already with the stage win today.

Pah, chicken, puh, beef, pih, pork, peh, horse, poh, lamb

Don't give up, fight. The giving up is already more than covered with Bergwerk, who very likely will not even try to fight for yellow. Of course, it is difficult, but worth a try anyway. Always.
Stages look good for Benni anyway.... but there maybe give up and let me win one.
Ape goals: stages and see what's possible in the GC... yes yes, will lose another 2' in the last TT, a bit less maybe, but doesn't matter....

Chaplin was beaten today and will beaten at the last TT = Grrrrr.
He is only on board for 1 or 2 easy victorys, not for 2X2nd place.

By the way ... tomorrow i have to go to the doc ... i hope iam back at the start, maybe iam later.

Stefano Benni seems to do some reconciliation for his 2nd place at LBL. Nice. Aguilar stll in yellow, Chaplin in white, Legrand in red. Tomorrow looks like Benni day again. Good.

Wasted Legrand for 6" for Rakhat.. only 4" finally, blahh.. but ok, no problem.. he got blue (it seems) too thanks to that.

Otherwise nothing much to say really, the 3 more interesting stages start tomorrow.

Erik! hehe :) 8-)
I got my stage finally

That was finally a good tactic to sieb with Bert and force Szary to ride for his chances, and kill him if he follows Erik later, finally nobody tried to follow me, so no problem :)
Was a good stage :)
