1 per year is too low, IMO, 12 months in RSF career are too much. But can be ok.

i can also think that we need to do some things:

a) Stop to give money for this championships. Just the flag (so no energy problem, neither Double accounts/multi or chain links or sittering (it happens, despite it is forbidden) during NC stages.

b) Use the inscription (subscription) form for this events. Stop having a race like Morocco's NC (where nobody rides until 20 kms to the finish).

C) Introduce the 60% offline situation.


This option can be done all together or only a or only b+c.
