Re: Morning Tour
With FSCL's focus on sprint team, i would consider both Jokic and Vanendres as main favos here for Maillot Vert.r FSCL wrote: ↑Sat Jul 05, 2025 5:06 pmparticipating teams:

Re: Morning Tour
Two very good days in a row for Murodbek Makhamadzhonov have now put him into prime position to win the yellow jersey.
With his low regeneration I feared that he would lose time on at least one of the last two stages, but in the end he gained time on Elvis Forde in the ITT while still staying fit enough to also win on stage 6.
With Forde also not getting any bonus seconds, the gap is now up to 24s. Still far from comfortable, but a very good start

Re: Morning Tour
The first rest day of the Tour the France and a lot to report or time to make a new forecast.
Maillot Jaune
*** Murodbek Makhamadzhonov (Tukhtahuaev)
** Elvis Forde (Bugatti)
* Philip Seidler (Noricum)
After the three hilly (flat) mountain stages were clearly dominated by Tuk, there is currently only one clear favorite.
Other teams were passiv and no really challenge for Tuk here. Only Noricum just try.
Therefore he clearly deserves third place here.
Maillot Vert
*** Eve Vanendres (r FSCL)
** Murodbek Makhamadzhonov (Tukhtahuaev)
* John Grümph (Schnuggeritos)
Four stage wins for Vanendres and little challenge in the sprint, or rather, no attempts by the opposition to do anything.
Wearing green from day one and hopefully in Paris as well.
Vanendres' biggest challenger now is Muro. Climber versus sprinter!?
Maillot à Pois
*** Murodbek Makhamadzhonov (Tukhtahuaev)
** Florencio Sanchez (zizou)
* a surprise rider
Tuk again... seems like he wants to win everything.
Is Sanchez now chasing the mountains jersey? Crazy! Hope he gets 30,000 points!
Maillot Blanc
*** Carlos Noriega (SV Furpach)
** Nigel Ben (SV Furpach)
* Alexandre Ferreira (Wolfpack Cycling Team)
If Furpach doesn't do anything crazy, we can tick this box.
Team classement

We saw a very strong Tuk team. It seems that no team here can truly beat them.

Re: Morning Tour
I am favourite for too many things at the same time. It's very tempting to aim for all of it and then miss out on the main goal because of that.
Re: Morning Tour
Second an last rest day new/old check. Things dont change to much. Question how many stages can Tuk win on the last six days!?
Is the win safe or will someone try at least something?
Maillot Jaune

Things really clear here, Tuk winning 3 more stages with Muro? Bugatti safing p2 or will we have a big surprise ... looks not.
Noricum with a good tour so far as returner! Hope we have you longer here than last time.
Maillot Vert
*** Eve Vanendres (r FSCL)

Pole position for Eve, she will safe the green jersey over the Mont Ventoux stage. Important! Since stage 1 she wear the Maillot Vert.
It looks like a very hard fight against Muro. 50/50% who will take the green jersey in Paris.

And again Muro ... boring ... but Sanchez will do it on his last days on the bike! Tuk will concentrate to much on the GC!
After that career ended for Sanchez?!
Maillot Blanc
*** Carlos Noriega (SV Furpach)

Very quit saving p1 and p2 in youth jersey and good positioning in GC and team classment.
Little bit under the radar SV Furpach this tour. Only a stage win left. Will get his points and his money.

Nobody can challenge the Tuk squad we need more challengers and a little bit courage. It looks so easy for him.

We waiting until the second week for the first Bugatti win, but then he take it twice!
Three more stage wins for Muro!? Or can somebody else take a mountain stage. One more sprint final for Eve would be great.
And two surprising stages.
Hope we have Six nice days left guys!!

Re: Morning Tour
I'm not expecting to win too much from now on. Other jerseys will be difficult, if r FSCL and zizou fully commit to them, while I don't want to take too many risks. Similar situation for the stages.
