I have the opinion this race is was be designed to help Nibali, after a really bad year.the last 10 km. should be perfect for Vincenzo.

Somehow I expect a breakthrough for Marco Marcato finally. That's my dark horse for Lombardia. Nibali is not going to win. I just don't think he is good enough.

*** Gilbert
** S. Sanchez, Rodriguez, Scarponi
* Marcato, Mollema, Lastras

And a very big group behind that that will normally not win. Guys like Visconti, Nibali, Voeckler, Kessiakoff, Chavanel, Sörensen, Gerrans...

Has anybody watched it? I only read that Zaugg has won it.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Yeah, did. Nibali made it really interesting with getting away at the Madonna del Ghisallo, looking very strong, even shaking Gilbert from his wheel. But in the upcoming downhill part, a chasing group with much too many helpers formed, and so Nibali was reached in the flat. Last Mountain, well easy to tell, Zaugg just the strongest, as it can be said as there was no real group forming behind him lowering speed for tactics, just everybody trying to do his fastest, but noone able to follow Zaugg. Impressive win.

Thanks Cerro. I have to say I was surprised to read his name on place 1. But really must have been a notable effort. Cancellara might be jealous now ;)

Yeah... Zaugg...
I'm thinking about giving it a try myself next year, maybe I can win it if Zaugg can.
