Yeah, I'm already a little afraid of those chinese guys. I'm not sure they have seen a football before, but they have a reputation of kicking at anything that's moving. Sometimes biting too... :?

Ha, we will go to Shanghai for our friendly... the Walrus Park should be a nice place for a game against Claw. The spectators there are used in seeing weak teams as the Claw.

It was a really close match in the Walrus Park... in the end the luckier team has won undeserved.

Result: FC Torus - Claw: 0-5

FC Matrosen Ottakr 2 - 0 ES Carquefou

Not a surprise.
With my small 2nd team (because I'm playing fot place 1 in the championship), I did a good resistance, and I had some little opportunities in counter-attacks.
But the 2 half was so hard for my team,
and sorry for the 2 injuries

We invited ES Carquefou to enjoy a defeat in the Joe Strummer Park as well.

I don't know... I don't play as long as some real fanatics, but I often hear that it was sooo much better before... but what exactly? To me it's a fairly boring game that is not time consuming and easy to play. Game engine seems really idiotic, yeah, all you need is a midfield, but well so we don't play with a good defence as it should be, but with a good midfield. Pah. But what was better before? And if you think it's bad and boring, play OFM for a few seasons. THEN you'll now what a really bad football manager looks like. Hattrick of course not as good as what Buhmann would program, but for a small little 10-20' a week game, good enough.

I think in the beginning it was merely the fact that it was the first real online browser football manager game. it had it's own "charme", was much more familiar. Now everything got big. whole new design, new match engines, new new new. over 800'000 users (although declining), etc. etc. For me it's like the differende of old 1990's adventure games and highly sophisticated 3d action adventures of today. no "atmosphere" anymore. (of course there are exceptions). But perhaps, I just played for too long and got bored because of that.
And if you think it's bad and boring, play OFM for a few seasons.
haha, sign that, although I've just been trying it out.

I played with teamB this week, and against you I will try to play with an A-B team because I don't want to loose by 6 or 7 goals

To me this is the worst thing with hattrick. They always think they have to change the whole game around, whether it's finances, specialists or the engine. Suddeny skills become important for players on certain positiones which could be ignored earlier. This all makes it hard to succesfully run a long term strategy.

Meine Presseerkläung zum gestrigen Spiel:

2. Spiel, 2.

The Team of Zwietracht was no opponent for my heroes, an easy win with 2-0 is the result. Goals: Quehl, Bornhoeft
