Modification to Transfer Market

We are doing some modifications at the Transfer Market, below you can find what are the new technical features and bug fixes.

FEATURES
- Number of Youth Riders for div 6-7 has been decreased from 700 to 250
- Values of Youth Riders for div 6-7 have been limited in the following way:
Mountain + Flat should not be more than 126
Inner pavè value limited to 78
