Beta test for Pavé and strong hills

In the short races, a few balances changes are included. If it is working fine, we can decide if we want to use the new version also for tomorrow.
Hills/mountains with pavé will be more selectable. Furthermore the time difference is changed a little bit. So please test attacking, making tempo and maybe attacking if nobody is in tempo. We are looking forward to your feedback in our forum.
