Welcome, good to see you here

Be careful for the salary of your team, I think you have many expensive riders now. You should buy some cheaper riders (35k salary) when possible, in order to increase the money you win in the races when you bring a cheaper team.

Cuneo-Chianale
It was a great race,it was hard to,I reach 3rd place on final and I am happy because I wasn't favorite here even for top5.Objective for this race was to win one climb and Mountain Classification with Osukki my second leader and my 83+ mountain.I didn't win one H.C. climb but i finish 2nd and 3rd,so I reach objective 2 first place on Mountain Classification.After second climb Osukki was in a good group of escape and he remain there and in final reach 3rd place and some money for our team.
Now after this race my team go in a relax Training Camp and come back for Catalunya.

Because of rules of the game I didn't go to Catalunya,so important tour for me now is Criterium International.I hope to win there my first race,but we will se because will be very hard.

Criterium International
My team here must win this race.All team will work for Gulbrandsen to win his first tour.So let's see what happens in first 2 stages of this great tour.

Stage 1
Objective for this stage was to save energy for ITT that is in same day and where we must put some time before Gulbrandsen and other favorites.At final of stage Gulbrandsen and Bogdan have 1000 energy so objective for first stage was succesfuly complete.Results are:

Stage 2
This stage is 6.5km ITT stage.Our rider for this stage was Bogdan Balcan(team time trialist) and objective for him was to reach top 10 place and money and points for our team.He finish 6th,and he was 9 favorite for this stage so I am happy that he finish on this place.
First objective for team and for GC was that Gulbrandsen put how much seconds he can between him and others favorites for GC that are Patrick Hilbert (AlmavivaItalia), Jens Ille (MTV Weferlingen) and Giorgia Trentin (ACI Pantani).With his skill he reach this objective and put 21" between hin and Patrick Hilbert that was first favorite for GC.And he finish on 15th and win some points and money for our team,that is more than great.

Stage 3
Objective for this stage was to win first place on general,and in the final he was succesfuly complete.Gulbrandsen keep his avantage and win tour with 2 seconds advantage.Stage was win by Patrick,that finish second in general.Osukki was 3rd this stage and 6th on GC.I make some mistakes,maybe if make an atack earlier with Osukki an Gulbrandsen maybe I finish with 2 riders on podium,but I'm happy with this results and I'm more happy because I make 1800 points and I'm in division 6 next mounth and I can buy a young rider.

At final of this seson 2 riders don't want to renew their contract with the team,so they was sold out,thir riders are Sukua Osukki who go back in Japan and maybe he will rider for a amateur team from there or he will retire,and second rider who was sold because he don't want to renew contract with our team was Andrei Nechita.
To replace this 2 riders Toreeto team make in it academy from Iasi,Romania a preselection of it young riders from there to chose 2 riders to be promoted to the team for next season.The two riders chosen was Laur Balcan who in the future maybe will be the leader of team he is greatest talent from our academy and with his skills he will beat to win great tours one day,like TDF,Giro or Vuelta.Second rider was Ion Enea ,a helper for flat stages or maybe a fighter depends how he will train in future.
So this was moves of our team on the transfer market so team for next season is:

bv man pentru prezentare si pentru castigarea Criterium International! Eu sunt TB Construct CT (sper ca ma mai ti minte).Tocmai am castigat etapa 2 si etapa 3 din Turul Tarii Bascilor si sunt lider la general. Tu pe unde mai participi? Iti dau id meu prin PM pentru a discuta

Laur Balcan(Romania) ... poate ajunge 90 munte daca il antrenezi corect ... ca sa castige un mare tur are nevoie si de contratimp (vezi cazul Andy Schleck - Evans din TdF 2011)
Ion Enea(Romania) ... pe asta daca il antrenezi corect (sper sa reusesti sa il faci 65mou 80plat 70dow pana la 31 ani)atunci poate fi un excelent rutier de clasice in primavara anului viitor
