Hello. I can here to the English Forum to get more advice for my team because It's not as good as good as I want:
Palmares: 0
Tour: I am riding the Tour Austria at the moment and I am 6th in the general classement and made a 3rd place on a stage with JeanPaul Cassatte. Besides that, I had only one day races so far.

5th stage I remain 6th with the general
my sprinter having to release my climbing finishes 16th
Result Not very satisfactory

Hello and welcome here!
Your mountain leader is not bad. good allrounder with sprint and not too much reg, can win something on not too good fields, and is not too expensive, sapart also not bad but with about 10reg more would be good as only helper for the climber, the sprinter is just not good enough for winning anything but he is good to earn money to enlarge your team.
