Well...

Today 3 Riders have left our Team: The old Andrea Capelli, Janson Warener and Filip Duerloo. After the sells we had enough money for buying a new talent. Denis Heirweygh joins the team next season. His skills are 56-74-70-46-64 39Reg. So probably the biggest talent we had since Eric van Gaveren. :)

Also we start - afters last years win - again at the Tirreno Adriatico. Chances for a win with Eric are not bad, even though first 2 stages he wasn't THAT great. But with tomorrow his stages begin. :)

MMh, I thought Duerloo wanted to win PR? Scared of the bug, eh?

Thought it too, but then - few weeks ago - he demanded holiday at PRs date. Hm, of course i didn't accept but i saw that he didn't want to win the thing...so he's on holiday from now...maybe he's happy now.

Charro 24 - Eric 24!!!

Eric van Gaveren made this day legendary. With his 24th stage win at the Tirreno Adriatico he gained yellow - and now he has the same number of stage wins as team legend Charro Carrasco. Tomorrow - Tirrenos last stage - is just a flat stage, with a probable sprint, so he's going to win TA...as Charro did. :)

So we both managed to get a great rider from the transfer market. I hope the 23year old will do good at mountain training, he should be a leader! : D

You know what´s the problem? Had three tremendous months in a row: 12 stages in January, 9 in February, 7 in March. Not to be mentioned stage races, jerseys. Just relax for a week and then you´re ready for a great ardennes-week. ;)

Problem is MSR. Ideal Position - Place 3. One week later Gent Wevelgem...lost because of millimeters. And Flandres could also be a victory...

And there it is. Afte winning more stages than Charro Carrasco, Eric van Gaveren could also reach more eternal points - and his retirement is far, far away!

Great Eric. I like him, he´s an idol. Too bad Thys didn´t join his career a little longer, I really liked him when the generation started. As well as this Pavé-guy, whose name I found so great but forgot already :D

After the 4th Stage of Dunkerke it seems that Panayotis Yammas could win his first tour!! Maybe a good moment to retire? We'll see...
Eric van Gaveren could reach the 4th place...no nothing chances in his palmares - he has won so much...but never became 2nd or 3rd in a classement. :)

And there it is...Yammas' official retirement was anounced at 8:48pm. We thank Panayotis for lots of great races, mostly helper for eric...sometimes captain - he did alwas great!
We also managed to buy a new rider for next season. Slevin McGuigan comes from Eire and is an classicexpert! With skills from 55-74-70-54-66 36 Reg he is quite simillar to Denis. :)

Today another great rider signed his contract for next season. With Nicolas Bettencourt a french rider will join the team - he's quite perfect to be Ercis heir, with one big problem - he has a bad downhill skill. But with 73-56-56-50-59 44reg we are very happy to have him in our team and not in one of the opponents. :)

Between Genious and stupid? No, just stupid. Selling 3 riders on the second of the new month, buying 2 average riders. Especially they come 1-3 months to late for the team. But i wanted this the last 2 years... 2 pave riders. One quite ok, the other one just funny. Hope it will be cool with the Keerstraete-Brothers. One for P-R, the other for ...well, in fact he's to bad to win anything i think.^^ Quick. Quietly brilliant.

Experts. The will be 28 at the Ronde and PR? So it should be ok... well. Hope so. ^^

Let Khatami win the stage not Vino again! Buuhh, Vino yellow, green is enough, poor Khatami deserves more.

No. Khatami's stages are the ones with time-bonification. ...if there is the chance too.

Anyway, now Khatami wins the whole tour??? We thought he wanted stages... mmh, but ok, Vino green, Khatami the whole tour is ok too. Clever guy this Carrasco!

What did Ecfnw stand for?
