Tour de Romandie

Image

The VC Aywaille come on the Tour de Romandie with his best team. The objective will be to win the race with Barton MacHampelton.

If possible, the team would win a stage, and why not the green jersey (Demel or MacHampelton).

The manager said before the race: "The objective is to win the Romandie, and maybe trying the green jersey with Demel. After the belgian races, there is not a big "sentimental objective". Maybe the team can have more nice results now".

The team:
77 - 76 - 48 - 53 - 71 (reg.: 51) Walter Demel
77 - 76 - 50 - 57 - 51 (reg.: 38) Marco Grimpali
75 - 74 - 56 - 81 - 62 (reg.: 44) Barton MacHampelton
71 - 81 - 50 - 50 - 49 (reg.: 37) Carl Ferguson
70 - 73 - 81 - 48 - 51 (reg.: 42) Homer Donovan
52 - 84 - 67 - 55 - 54 (reg.: 43) Malte Svenson
49 - 76 - 79 - 49 - 45 (reg.: 38) Nasser TiahTiah
48 - 73 - 76 - 51 - 65 (reg.: 52) Francesc Heinesch

I followed your race and I'm happy you've won.

Your tactic was pretty good for stage and Gk. I was just a bit afraid when I see you riding in front with Recien but anyway, all his fine at the end. Barton hasn't lost his chances to win and you won a great stage. Just think you'll need now to concentrate fully on Barton!

Hum you're right of course, but today i ride only for this. The stage was a bonus, only a bonus. I was thinking that i can lose this time (Barton can give 1'30 to Branco i think (but he never give so much), and +/- the same gap to Andris Santera). And i think i have a good chance to win now.

I like this: being the favorit and "play" with this. It's why Barton was there that Demel can win today.

Tomorrow is a new story.

Yes he can!

I wish you good luck for this, i am happy if you give him a great career. :)

I don't cell him because i was angry or something like this. But just because my costs was too high.

Money is not all ;)

But you are right, i had to buy a flat rider today to have lower costs for sprint races, even if i wanted a new classic rider.
My second belgian rider now :D

I really agree with you, but i pay 480.000 for La Doyenne without Gourgue. Around 510.000-520.000 with him. A little too much. And when i cell Gourgue i can buy MacHampelton.

So i am not happy to cell Gourgue, but i don't think it was an error for the team on the long time. I can buy a new climber later. Something like 80-70 too. :)

Gradually the team became one of the most professional.

For this reason, the management has decided to launch his own coat of arms. The team has proposed four coats. The fans have one week to choose their preferred symbol (two choices per vote).

The frontpage of the team was amended these days. Management intends to please his fans by offering information even more enjoyable.

Therefore, we must expect more updates in the coming hours.

The riders of the VC Aywaille were photographed in order to enliven the press center of the team.

We hope that this new development will chart it for the fans, and they find their champions particularly pretty!

The pictures have been added to the homepage.
