Your mountain leader is not bad. good allrounder with sprint and not too much reg, can win something on not too good fields, and is not too expensive, sapart also not bad but with about 10reg more would be good as only helper for the climber, the sprinter is just not good enough for winning anything but he is good to earn money to enlarge your team.
