Team looks dope
Re: Kaiba Corp
Thanks!
That brings me to the first part of Kaiba Corps climb back
Early struggles and the way back up
If you see the team composition, the oldest guys are the ones with sprint. Because that's imo the easiest way to earn consistently good money in the beginning. But the problem with that approach is that you don't make many points. And I underestimated how competitive Div 6 is. Ever since the Falcor comeback wave big teams are down there and still struggle to get out.
Atm this still includes big names like Schartner Bombe, Uomo Nero, T-Mobile-A or Bearclaw cycling.
The only way we did it was with a Nick Barnes victory from a km1 group in group 2 of LBL. Quite lucky.
From there on it went only up and it looks like we comfortably cruise to Division 2 next month. Other noteworthy results during the climb:
Kylian Durand wins 2 Tour de France stages in a Masssprint
Xavier Campanaz gets third at Cyclassics and San Namgung second at Quebec. Great classic results.
But the highlights came this month with Tae Chwa winning Langwaki and Alfons Alonso winning Guangxi. Both tours were we had outsider chances at best.
The future is looking bright and we'll see what it brings. I hope a lot of fun races and good entertainment. It's time to duel.

Re: Kaiba Corp
And here we are for the October trainings-rapport. Unfortunately I had not the forward thinking of having a screenshot from start of Octo but with this clever system, it should work from next month.
Longtime followers of r QUICK know that transferpolicy can be ruthless and proper training is expected. So let's have a look at the lads.
Kylian took +2 flat. Looks good, not sure if it's worth much but looking good is worth much anyway, so you do you my prince.
Alfons also took one mountain and got to 72. Great. Shinji one mountain nobody asked for and 0 flat. But he's good already, so we let this slip.
Nothing else for the riders above 24 but still exceeded expectations, so great month here.
Now the younger guys, those all trained insane this month. Yoon the worst with only +2 mountain. Probably now training flat anyway, 66 mountain good, more and we might need to work for him, which is a big NO-NO.
San 3 climbing. 70-82. Obviously very, very good. No abdeckflach for him or Yoon with 23 or 24 though. Can't expect it but feel like it happens more often than not. Here it didn't.
Tae 3 mountain from 56 to 59. No complains. Might get a bit expensive because he also carries a lot of points. But good riders are expensive and he's a good rider, so what do I expect, really...
Kenzo is the only 23 year old. A big month for a flat rider. Started with 82, ended with 85. That is the goal for a 23yo flat rider. Sky's the limit for Kenzo, he knows it as well.
In the 22yo age bracket, we got our 2 climbers. Longnameguy started with 77-60. First 3 trainings took risk, like 75%-48% or whatever you get. Took the climbs like a goat and one flat, okay. Would wish for more because the risk is kinda not worth it anyway if you want a climber... but 1/3 with under 50% is perfectly fine. Last training did what he had to do. 81-61.
Yoshi on the other hand missed the last climb at 21 and went with 76-59 into October. So already a bit on fraud watch and he obviously felt the pressure. 60%-70% for all 4 trainings. 4/4. Some will say insanely lucky but each time he was more likely to uptrain than to not train, so checkmate atheists.
2 21 year old riders. Started out with 51-73 and 53-71. Both did the quadruple double. Perfect.
Obviously after such a training, we woke up to a new RSF version. Rumours are they patched our luck. I'm watching.
