December

Starting our competition on the community December Tour and winning there 6 stages (6/13), the sprint jersey with 🇭🇹 Christoph Kass and completing our big goal, winning the youth rider jersey with 🇱🇺 Andre Leick. Overall it was an amazing performence from the team and so far on of the best stage races where we participated.
The next stage race in our should a little four days tour in Hong Kong. With a hopefully tour win starting lineup.
Unfortunately, our hopes were dashed on the very first stage of the tour, where we had fully expected to win, as our own attack failed to work.
In the end, we were unable to win a stage, but we could still be very satisfied with third place with 🇭🇹 Christoph Kass and the young rider's jersey with🇱🇺 Andre Leick.
After the tour in Hong Kong, we did some smaller races to get in the mood for the Christmas tour.
The Christmas tour started just as unsatisfactorily as the tour before it. Our best chances of victory were completely ruined again on the first stage. But luckily, we were able to keep the tour open until the very last stage. Unfortunately, we couldn't win a stage in the end, but we did manage to secure second place with 🇱🇺 Laurent Hengen.

Dissatisfied with the month or satisfied? Two to four more stage wins would have been welcome.
I think expectations were to high, as the team is currently undergoing a period of transition.

In December we are able to win 7 stage wins (2x Kass, 4x Leick, 1x Ospelt) 2x youth jersey, 1x sprint jersey, 1x second place gc, 1x third place gc

Rider of the month
I'd like to give it to two drivers, but only one can win. He deserves it, perhaps in his last days with the team.
🇭🇹 Christoph Kass 31yrs 74/70/70/49/70/69.4

Transfers
🇱🇺 Marco Rollinger 21yrs 55/68/74/59/58/62.3
🇭🇹 Linus Jehle 21yrs 48/73/79/61/44/67.9
🇱🇺 Albert Heuertz 21yrs 50/68/66/52/55/63.2

Preview January
Starting the month with the New Year Classic in Luxembourg (home race), we'll be doing the Community January Tour at the east cost of Australia.
The other part of the team flying to Tunesia to doing there a little stage Race.
Meanwhile, the rest of the team remains in Australia to participate in the first World Tour race of the year Down Under.
The month then concludes with the AlUla Tour in Saudi Arabia.
