Cobbles attribute

Hi,
Would like to ask if cobbles attribute is changing during rider career, or is it a fixed stat?
Looking at the market, young riders seems to have cobbles much lower than older ones.

It changes. It's calculated via an internal not shown cobble value, max 82, this one doesn't change, and the flat value. Every flat point is worth 0.7, the internal cobble value 0.3. So a youth rider with 68 flat and 71 pavé has an cobble value of 78. Took an easy to calculate example... if he trains flat 10 times, he gaines 7 Pavé, so will then be a 78 flat, 78 pavé.
