Mentoring programme

Hello everybody (this is where you should answer "Hello, Doctor Nick!")!

To support the beginners in this complex game experienced managers can help them doing their first steps in RSF.
Subjects, that can be dicussed with the mentor might be:
- Team concept and building
- Strategy for races
- Fairness, Rules
- etc.

Beginners read here: So if you are new in the game and want to become world elite like teams such as Los Ticos or Quick-Step, please answer in this thread giving us following information:

- Your teams´ name
- Do you have Instant Messengers (ICQ, MSN)? If yes, please leave a number / address, else mention you want to be talked to per personal message.
- Do you know, what kind of team you´d like to have? If yes, please say you want a climber´s team, classic team, sprint team, else a mentor can tell you what strengths / difficulties the different team types have.

If you do this, a fitting mentor will easily be found. He / She will be the perfect RSF-player for you to talk about everything, ask if you don´t understand the physics engine of the game etc.

Want-to-be mentors read here: To make it possible for every gamer to have an easy start not everyone should ask to be a mentor. So if you´d like to mentor someone, please be sure to have enough knowledge of game´s physique, specialties of the different rider types, intelligent team building around one or two captains and at least an amount of around 150-200 races ridden.

Good luck to everyone with this support!

P.S.: Of course I can be asked to support you aswell. My ICQ-number is: 552-643-479. My teamname is: Wizards Cycling.

- Your teams´ name: GMF-Cycling
- Do you have Instant Messengers (ICQ, MSN)? I have got Messenger, Carlosnervi@hotmail.ES not com.
- Do you know, what kind of team you´d like to have? I have a double sprint team with half mountain(60ish) support for short tours, i'd like to speak with a mentor because im lost thinking about the future i know how to race more or less, but i don't know what to do with my money and stuff like that so far i've been just wasting it on oldies that can't win anything or youngers that won't progress, so if any of you is free to have a chat from time to time i'd appreciate a lot, thanks in advance.

Salut!
