melvasyl - unrealistic riding? revenge tempo?

After yesterday's all-race tempo, the same is set for today, this time with a lengthy message:
Google translates it as follows:
let's finish in style, too bad that a minority of players on this site want to keep the monopoly to be at the top of this site, and yes this site is their whole life, they have nothing other than the no lives, for me it's over without regret even if it passed me a lot of time at work, I will find another site to have fun and not risk my life at each race like some here, good luck to the new ones who go quickly to see that some elders always manage not to let the others exist, it's unfortunate but that's life, on those good luck
What's the FPC's opinion on that topic? Is it worth stopping this behaviour within the race (e.g. by taking the team out or stopping the tempo)? Is this a kind of vigilantism ("Selbstjustiz") that needs to be stopped?

Kick him out before the race starts!

his comments from day one were also way over the limit.

At Stage 3:
melvalsyl(14:06): this will be my last race, I see why it's always the same for 10 years go goodbye

(he want a group, but someone make tempo in the peloton)

At Stage 4 he makes Tempo at the beginning, and now again...

Update: The case is ongoing, still no reaction from melvasyl. But it looks like he created new accounts (yes, plural).

The FPC is still discussing how to deal with such cases in the future. If you have an opinion about it, let us know with your comment here. We cannot promise that it will be taken into account, but hey, more is more :). Thanks!

Clearly ban all the extra accounts as soon as you detect them (which i assume you already do)
And have the multicreation be a reason to at least escalate the punishment one step further than without the multi creation, depending on how many new ones he creates, maybe escalate even further

The call for ideas was meant about the original actions. Right now, it is very easy to judge a case regarding team attacks, because it is clearly given by the rules WHAT exactly a team attack is.

Apart from Prohibited team attacks, there are no, lets say hard coded rules. The Unrealistic Arrangements part is very unspecific, nevertheless it contains Every manager must do the best for his team, which is IMO clearly violated when a team is riding the first 80km of a stage in red tempo with all riders, ending up with a dead team that is dropped. Anyways, it's our job to make a decision.

But what was demanded from some was to actively interfere into the race, put a team out of tempo, stuff like this. This for sure would need a discussion and a broad majority of the community that supports it + clear rules on when it is possible.

FPC Decision on this case:

100,000 Fine

referring to "Every manager must do the best for his team".

Update: After receiving another 250'000 fine (incl. ban for new accounts) for multi accounting, melvasyl continued to create new accounts and is now banned because of it. There was no reaction from him whatsoever.
