Since nothing happened here, Big Donkey see's no reason to stop insulting and provoking.
Today I was just riding my own race but he had to turn on the Donkey mode.

After a while discussing in public chat he wrote he stand by his insult "little turd":

It is always the same pattern.
He is the one crossing the line and using insults in the end or provoking without reason.

Donkey mode (I believe majority who know you, know it anyway including yourself) = start to provoke others inline with using insults ("little turd", "Idefuck") and false accusations (multi). Then trying to deny and get help...

And the clarification is not what I meant, wrong clarification. But doesn't matter.... just sounds like I "bothered" you during the race the way you put it, which of course isn't true.

But now another clarification is needed.

Interesting. So you think that someone who is spamming, who already did that (and was already warned various times), whose spam has (and had) consequences on the performance and loading time of the game is totally unimportant?

And as you like to point out the time, well the first post was 4 years ago (!), had to wait 4 years to maybe see a warning (!) given to him.

Spam is defined differently: "send the same message indiscriminately to (a large number of Internet users)".
What you might mean is flooding the chat.

Let's just focus one sentence from you: well the first post was 4 years ago (!)
What about Roby? He was punished many times and never changed his behavior.

Pattern here is clear:
- Luques opens a thread => Hunsrueck starts investigation after 2 hours
- Luques write in case of crystal clear insulting and defend Roby => nothing happens for months.

I don't know if you like to mistify costantly the reality or you just don't understand.

It is not one message, he keeps saying that from time to time during all these years, just ask some other people or even himself and he was already warned.

Call it whatever you want, doesn't change the fact and the result his action has, which is slowing the game loading time, affecting all the players.

You said that by yourself, Roby WAS punished. Superdragoes in 4 years was NEVER punished, so how you can compare cases?

And about your pattern, Crazy Vikings case he answered the day after, mez team case after maximum 2 hours. Your post about Auxilium answered the day after, gave a fine the following week.

So, if someone of the FPK is not answering is just because they don't see a case.

Moreover, one good thing I learnt to avoid these situations is mind at my business, I don't have to get along with everybody here.
