Team Lumbi IP check

Could we please have an IP check on Team Lumbi ?

Following a reset, he just bought a full RVV line-up (which is not forbidden).
He is an old account and just playing time to time... hard to believe it, I am pretty sure he got some other specific teams (sprint for ex).

And by the way, is Lumbi using a bug? He sold his cheapened riders after a half month to the full market price. How is that possible? When i sold a rider after 2-3 weeks, i have to pay a compensation.

I don't think it is a bug, looks Buh/leso change something about reset. Maybe we need to modify the limit about paverider as sprinter or climber in the market. But not the place to talk about that.
