TUTTIFRUTTI case

Dear FPC,

I would like to open the TUTTIFRUTTI case following the study of some strange fact:
- TUTTIFRUTTI line-up in Peloponese Tour
- TUTTIFRUTTI palmares and activity

Line-up in Peloponese Tour:
603k for a Cat.2 tour
No problem if it was a regular team with 15 riders, with regular activity in RSF.
Important fact is that TUTTIFRUTTI is only a 9-riders team -> which means that for every single race (even ones he is not able to win), he should line-up a 603k team.

Palmares and Activity:
Since 2011, only 214 races with a really strange repartition -> High activity all along 2012 with a normal palmares / No activity at all in 2013 / Back in SEP-2014 with a monster team
TUTTIFRUTTI is only riding races/tour he is able to win (make sense)

Few question then:
-> How is he able to sustain such induced cost ? Is there a rule "when x team is under -xxxK budget you can not ride anymore" ?
-> What is he doing the rest of the time ? Riding with another team ?
-> How do he manage to build a new team each time ? Letting TUTTIFRUTTI in a period of non activity -> when possible RESET the team and build a new monster ?

People are asking him those questions, no answer -> Ariostea: Tutti - you have only 9 riders in your team? how do you survive financially?

TUTTIFRUTTI is a case highlighting that it is easy for a manager to:
- Build a monster team dedicated to sprint/mountain/classic with huge cost
- Use it and destroy tours
- Let it fall when all riders are too old
- Reset
- Build a new team

my guess is:

the "if your budget is below minus 100k then you can´t inscript for races anymore"-rule is not working at the moment - is that possible?
(was it minus 100k? - not sure about this) - but once there was such a rule.

imo it's not a case for the fairplaysection...more the technic part...maybe time to "reintroduce", next to the 100K rule, the "you can only have x "lowered price riders" ;)

Tutti is a good example how fucked up the system is ;) worst case example how to spoil the fun for others...no offense to him personally...good old "don't hate the player, hate the game" :D

@100K-Rule...was discussed in the "Girl Power Case"...Leso was involved...rule in general not working since a few years already

rule in general not working since a few years already
that´s not good - we need this rule.

otherwise just farming a super-team and then fuck the team up and reset - is the best way to win races. I don´t think we want this.
it will only lead to farming and multi-teams...

the rule isn't changend...it still exisits...but technically it's not working...was gone as the design was changed a few years ago

The discussion has is place in fairplay too, as all others rules too.

Great rule.
When your finances are -100 K then you should not be able to inscript in any other tour / race.
Totally agree.

Please, yes, get this done.

It's a bad example for new players, kills atmosphere in groups, and they steal money and points from honest teams, building it in the good way.

Tuttifrutti is only a highlight of the situation, but it's plenty of teams profiting what was listed here.

Have spoken with Radler yesterday in our race about this problem. Hope he will tell Buhmann about the situation :D

sure he sold a rider now...but i highly doubt he had no minus on his banc account before inscripting for his current race/races...

so please...kick your beloved sons ass and he can have a look why the 100k rule doesn't work and that it's fucking urgent to fix this problem

I asked him and he confirmed me the same thing. When he started the tour he was not under -100k.

He bought his strong mountain power by selling some riders last week.

And he sold the climber to be able to play Andes.

I can see no bug and no bug using.

TUTTIFRUTTI has a 19M team with 9 riders .

If it is needed, we can search a solution against that.

A maximal financial inscription limit for the diffrerent races in dependance of category race, tour or other.

A transfer tax depending of the amount of rided races/period could limit the profit by buying/selling riders.

We can discuss about it.

There's no problem in having a 19M 9 rider team.

Good thing we discussed it.

Would be not bad, because I think that's this farming situation (see his transfer history at a time he was not riding) that allowed him to get more cash to invest in such team.

Yep but maybe, up the salary cap for important races ( cat.6 375k --> 425k maybe etc... , same for GT) etc...

ah no... this is not the problem here (at last not for me) - neither it is a problem with Tutti or Tutti´s team (that´s why the thread indeed is wrong in fairness-area)

the problem here might be: RockstarInc:
@100K-Rule...was discussed in the "Girl Power Case"...Leso was involved...rule in general not working since a few years already
is that right? if yes, that´s not good - that leads to farming and multi-teams imo.
cause it makes farming a super (but far too expensive) team very attractive - you ride this team to it´s "end" (everybody old) and reset it (or do whatever you want with it) - then you go on playing with the farm-team you farmed inbetween - and so on...

"the -100.000 = no inscription" rule can help here - we should have this working again. (we can discuss to make it -150.000 or -200.000) - but in general it´s better to have sth. like this working.
does anybody know if this rule active at the moment or not?

Could we have a IP check TUTTIFRUTTI vs team belloz ?

TUTTIFRUTTI not riding anymore, new team: team belloz with exactly the same "behaviour".

4 teams with same IP (TUTTIFRUTTI, team belloz and 2 others ) have been first banned until the problem has been clarified.

team belloz is riding the TOUR DE FRANCE ?

The Fairplay Committee agrees the fact that we can create several teams ? He is the multi of TUTTIFRUTTI and 2 other teams (4 in total).

Always buying strong teams just before Tour/classics and no problem ?
