There are now too many races where "noobs" are destroying races.

As we have more and more teams here, I think an appropriate step to avoid "noob" behaviour should be make. Like a quiz about race behaviour and game funtions before the first race and then one or two newby races where mentors can intervene in the race chat, just like the fairness comitee can do now.

Just have a look at the teams, when they had their first race, name giving of team and riders, etc. Very suspicious in my eyes. Perhaps an IP check could be worth it.
