that really is a farce, dear members of the fc please ask yourself if this is the right place for you to be! i´m pretty sure it isnt as far as aux is concerned and after that brilliant appearance in the chat quoted above i think its debatable weather or not it is for motorizzati...
at least do yourself a favor and find intern guidelines for using the race chat. you might want to considere fl´s brillinat opening post in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2296 and maybe give life to this discussion again which hopefully leads to an fc the community benefits from.

To Moto's reaction: Not very clever acting like that, I also think we should discuss this intern in which cases we should and shouldn't react in the race chat. For me I just say something if i see teamattacks (so far) because I think that most newbies will listen more if someone from out of the race tells him he did anything wrong than another team in the peloton with maybe other interessts.

Apro stamane è trovo il messaggio del faiplay, fantastico nemmeno 12h e già mi arriva una notifica per un vaffanculo.

Benissimo, sono stato pesantemente insultato da Claw oltre un mese e mezzo fa e nessuno a fatto niente. Voci di qualche multa o poco piu. Io lo mando affanculo in gara, posto io l'insulto e subito mi segnalate. Giustizia rapida e funzionale quando c'è un Italiano da colpire.

Sono stato insultato per 6 giorni consecutivamente da Arrival e Claw dal primo all'ultimo km di gara con l'aggiunta dell'idiota di giornata che li aiutava ad insultarmi, sempre a chiamarmi succhiaruote e cose simili.

Ieri poi nemmeno a parlare di quello che è successo in gara, 4-5 squadre che piuttosto che vincere loro il giro o la tappa preferiscono far perdere me, oltre ad un pesante bug che mi ha penalizzato. Ma questo non è importante, ho perso il giro, va bene si può perdere.

Ma non posso giocare per 2 settimane sempre contro 3-4-5 persone che mi attaccano in chat senza nessun motivo e che preferiscono perdere che rischiare di farmi vincere. La colpa è mia, ho sbagliato gioco, non ne ho capito la filosofia. é giusto che smetta di giocare e che lasci il campo ai campioni come Claw. Buona Fortuna per chi resta.

E solo la notifica. Quella si riceve sempre velocemente. Poi ci vogliono settimane... mesi.. per la multa.
Come funziona il sistema:

1) Qualcuno apre un thread.
2) Il comitato lo vede, lo legge, ed apre un "caso".
3) Quando aprono il caso, inviano un messagio al accusato. SOLO a lui. (pirati in questo caso, quando hai chiesto una multa per Claw lui a ricevuto la notifica, tu no) per difendersi, spiegarsi ecc.
4) Discutono e votano, multa o niente multa, ecc. (non so come funziona esattamente il sistema ingame pero)
5) Decisione presa, pero e solo una ricomandazione per Buhmann
6) Buhmann dorme
7) Buhmann decide di guardare un po quanti casi sono aperti
8) Buhmann decide aspettare ancora un po...
9) Buhmann decide.
10) Multa o niente multa per l'accusato. Se ce una multa l'accusato, ma solo lui riceve una notifica ingame. multa di x. bla bla. Se non succede niente, non so se c'e una notifica.

My intervenction was for calm Pirati after he start to say shit to claw and Arrival,
Than i asked to Arrival to stop provocating Pirati,
In the caos of the moment i saw Gismo making tempo with no chances to win the race and thinked he was making unreal teamwork but after some minutes i've see better the situation and maked my escuses to Gismo..
Now as a member of fairplay jury I think my work isn't only watch and decide for a discussion, but I have to stop the fight in the chat, if you don't like that ok than remove the opportunity to write in chat to the fairplay jury but I don't see where is the problem for true if i ask to some player to stop making caos.
Anyway i want to let you tink to this, what is an insult for you could not be an insult for me, same what is an insult for Pirati colud be not an insult for You, we have cultural difference and I think the good of internet is this, we all are talking togheder but we are far away a lot of km's
