FPC banned Invitro for multiaccounting
as well Hungry Hungarian got a fine of 250,000$

You are skipping the details, that you used Invitro as a farming team and bought good riders in division 6 from it to get an advantage. I think that is worth a fine higher than occasional side racing without profiting with the main team. Don't you think so?

Well, what you did is:
-Make a new team end of July. Buy 4 riders in July, buy 4 more in early August.
-Don't ride a single race with the main team in August. Use the highway to D6, probably reset there
-Sell all your riders from the second team.
-Buy 2 of the 20 year olds you had bought for the second team in August. Riders which you have reserved for yourself by unfair means. You should count yourself lucky they aren't forcibly transferred out.
-Buy the 22 year old you had bought as a 20 year old end of July, again, unfairly reserved, then trained one month. You should count yourself lucky he hasn't been forcibly tranferred out of your team.
- Bought a 23 year old you had bought as a 22 year old early August. See above.
-You also bought a now 25 year old, from that multi/farm team, you've then sold him today it seems.

So from the 8 riders you bought with Invitro and then sold on 09/01, you bought 5 for Hungry Hungarian.
You clearly, very very clearly abused the system.
And then you complain about getting a higher fine then others? First off, don't even think the fine is higher, it's the same as has been the standard for teams with a certain experience (which you now have) since the big Multi scandal of summer 26. It's higher than complete newcomers, who rightly get a discount. SEcondly, you're fine actually SHOULD be significantly higher. Textbook example of cheating.

It also shows the stupidity of the highway to reset.

It also shows the stupidity of allowing new teams to buy 20 year olds.


Those 3 things are not your fault, maybe you got a discount for making it so obvious that not even the 2/3 of admins that seem to support this well thought out system can't ignore it. You should become a campaigner for reform on that issue now. Otherwise the discount was wasted on you.

To be honest, in this way you used this multi ... it's deserve more sanction than just a guy who wants to have fun with another team

Riders you use now in your team with that cheat most be kicked out of your team.

In this game the training time is the toughest constraint for building a team..

This 250.000 penalty, you easily earned by not having to fight in the bidding war to buy his riders.

There is no bitting war in div6.

I said bitting war cause thoses riders were purchased in july and augustus.
These two months u was in higher division, so if you had wanted to buy them yourself with your main account...

As FPC member I can say to everyone that we discussed a lot about the right punishment but we actually haven't the "powers" to do anything else (We also discussed about the removing + refound.)

We followed the rulebook and treated it as a first case multiaccount (>50 stages and first case fine provided is 250,000, new players got 100,000/no fine) so no begginners discount

Every other punishment can only be done by "admin side" but I can confirm the cooperation of HH was nice untill the 25/09 h 13:31

Ok but why? So that they put a lower fine? Idk you should say sorry to the teams you raced with and not to the guys who gave you a fine

Come on, man. Look at my team value. There isn't that much of an advantage; I’m not putting the teams I race against at a disadvantage. Focus on the teams that actually do that! I am really sorry for this mistake; it was wrong! I should have waited another one/two months to build my team the right way.
