I think that TAKA should not be allowed to just attack people, but for this case i mostly think he shouldn't be allowed to attack Poke and his role in the FPC. Poke rides himself to p3 which is the highest possible for him in that position. If that is riding for RFM then idk what is not considered anymore. Also he once again rides against his own interest blocking the chance for Hachen if understand it right. Which together with a case on someone else he OPENED HIMSELF, in which he says he didnt ride for his best interest, should count as a (potential) second strike on that rule.

AKA Taka should change his behaviour if not voluntarely than with power.
