You reported it, I want to get the root of the problem. So why is "dark troll" an insult to you that needs to be reported?

I don't think anybody can answer you the question if "dark troll" is okay or not, if the context is not clear. I have an idea why it is in this case, and that idea might be a legit reason, but I am not the affected player, you are.

In only ask so your question can be answered reasonably. How the FPC thinks about is regarding the game's fairplay rules is another thing. But that was not your question as I read it.

And if I watch the replay I see a Schappy who didn’t ride for the best result. He even told in chat the others can join tempo when both of his riders are dead. So he used his both riders as pullers for the group. Why would you do that?

I think they have a history, for me it helps to ignore the chat. It helps to stop this little provocations more than a fine imo. And also I’m a bit happier if I just over read some people.

Maybe it would help to have an option to „block“ people. And when you have a team on your block list you only see their texts as „*****“

Schappy's riding style is bothering you today, but what Nero says/writes isn't. Otherwise, you would have criticized it earlier. Just an observation on my part. Think we dont need this kind of Nero provocations here. So lets stop it.
