In the current one day race Shkoder - Elbasan 9h, Allagen was insulting my team by calling it "Wiener Würstchen". By telling him, I am expecting an apology, it was clear I felt insulted by it. He refused to do it and just found stupid excuses (auto correction). IMO he is not only disrespectful to me, but also to the dead people in the cemetery whom he called "Würstchen"

Sorry AAD for that. I do not want to insult you. I had no reason to insult you. There was no context in the game to insult you. I just named the offline teams. Thats it.

I am a 100% mobile phone player. Try it by yourself, after writing Wiener the next word is "Würstchen" by my phone and not Zentralfriedhof (by the way, my phone do not know this word before. I try it some seconds ago).

So like i said in the game chat, sorry for the correction or maybe better sorry that the next word which my phone was writing was Würstchen and i didnt notice it before sending the message. I didnt see that correction or naybe addition is the better word.

I accept your apology BUT
1) You never said sorry in the game chat, that is just a lie. What you said is "Funny Auto correction"
2) Even if it really was the auto completion (which I still believe is a stupid excuse) its you who click on send, its you who refused to apologize for it after beeing pointed out 2 times and you had a lot of other things to say in the chat. So "I didnt see that correction" can maybe count for writing it in the first place but not for refusing to take it back and apologize.

I want a reopening of the case, unfortunately Allagen cannot withstand calling me by that name again. Its at least a provocation, not answering on my reply and let it stand in the chat like that again ist the same behaviour as last time. I think I made clear to him last time not to accept being called that name and again today. So I don't need another dishonest appology from him but ask for a fine.

FPC decision: while we do not find this insult fineable at this time, we would like to ask Allagen (and anyone else) to refrain from using it in any scenario in the future.
