Taka not riding for his best

"r TAKA(15:40): if you're in my wheel I sprint from 50m if it's somebody else I launch from 300m"
"Unrealistic Arrangements:
Unrealistic arrangements are not allowed. Every manager must do the best for his team. Separation of private and C4F is required"
Today's race at 15 o'clock.

Just to be sure: At yesterdays 14h race (not 15) taka said that in the chat. But he didn't do such a thing in this race. Did he do such a thing in a race or are you now investigating based on shit talking?
PS: Rewatched the sprint for place 2 and it appears that taka did make a trick sprint there resulting witch a position switch of Kool (R4M) who anticipated the trick sprint and Omura (Taka) who was in from of Kool at 500 and followed his follower Kool. Not exactly what taka said but looks like an action trying to harm R4M, at least with the statements before (such trick sprints are happening in other cases too)

Race of 14/07 with him (flat one day race).
He accused me of spriting for my friends (see his fp vote that day).
There were only two trains (his and mine), he launched at 200m with his sprinter (with a better sprinter in his wheel) without any chance to win by doing that. He only gifted it to the one in his wheel to ride against me, my train and my supposed friend in my wheel.
I had to launch at 150m in repsonse of his un-realistic 200m launch. Got a worse result than expected there and could not do anything (or the one in my wheel) against his 200m launch that looks unrealistic in such situation from an experience manager.
Worse thing imo is that he accused me of doing something I did not; he lied (and tried to influence in chat that day if I remember well ?) and he did the exact thing he accused me of doing (which I did not).
The day before, he was already trying to influence other (new) teams in the chat by lying and also gave a lying fp vote to me. (but in that situation, it's only about bad words, influencing, lies and so on; no un-realistic move or move clearly against me in the race itself (mainly cause he did not have the team to do so on such profile I guess).

Another note : he did the same (18th july).
Only 83 in his wheel (Medical Service's rider), being in front at 500, a " normal sprint" would have put him in top 5 and forced Trekken to sprint a bit earlier. He finished p8 far, because he waited to launch with his second sprinter.
Chat : "Schartner Bombe(13:35): like in kindergarten
r TAKA(13:33): dont want him gifting you a win
r TAKA(13:33): Because it's trekken and you in his wheel I'll wait for 50m to sprint
RideforMoney(13:32): le 90 tf, putain x)
RideforMoney(13:32): oh surprising, Pituch is in front"

That wasn't a trick sprint and it was for place 11 not place 2.
Roberts Kukulis(RSV Cottbus) launches the sprint
Pau Prim(RSV Cottbus) follows
Shin Omura(r TAKA) hängt sich hinten dran
Robin Kool(RideforMoney) follows
Shahar Shushan(RideforMoney) follows
I was following him from the start Shin was just strong enough to be behind the two guys sprinting.

Just by the way, we also have a rule that concerns language and expression.
RfM writes: “Si ça te fait bander …,” which in German and English roughly means: “If that gives you a hard-on, or makes you stiff …”
He also uses the word: “putain,” which literally translates from French to “whore, prostitute, etc. …” In this case, he probably means something like “crap” or a similar expression.
These terms come from French vulgar language. Do we want that in the race chats?

Pretty funny to see someone not involved putting his nose and bringing false things into it.

" wasn't a trick sprint" , yes ofc, that's why you were between my two guys and not aside Shushan (he was on Kool). And tricksprint, i don't mind, just you clearly said that you want me (or OL) to make me lose just for fun even if it kills your chances to win.

Everything is exactly right - next time I read something like that in the chat I will open an FPC case.

As I said, too easy to put a word, to put the translation and tell in the way you want to.
Ask a french(speaking) guy the sense of "putain" when they use it and you'll see.
But feel free to open an FPC case, you'll have a lot to do if you open at every "putain" or "merde" or words like that in other languages.

For your information, I lived in France for 11 years and know very well what I'm writing. Secondly, there's a difference between "putain" and "merde," whether you like it or not. Fecal language isn't meant to be used here. Do as you please, and if I see something, there will be an FPC case.

Maybe in certain circles. For normal people, this is vulgar, foul language, even in France. There are rules here. The FPC should decide. I will open a threat when I have enough time and muse.

When your friend that isn't involved and comes here lying Just to support you it's ok but you complain about someone else ?
And if you can't understand the sprint system and think that was a trick sprint that's your problem.
And for OL you think it's OK to accuse others of lying out of no where?
You two are the worse liers, chat influencers, unrealistic arrangement users of the game. I'll write an actual post for you when I'm back home.

despite taka saying he would sprint against you, on this case it cant be proven he really rides against his interest, his trashtalk is not against the rules.
FPC will keep this case in mind for future similar cases.
