The FPC now consists of 7 members of which 3 have been added pretty recently. (Falcor, me, TDM)

The decisions made by an earlier form of the FPC will not be in line with what we now value or see as enough for a fine. We have heard some questions on this case before. We'll do our job and when we seem it necessary we will look and keep in mind earlier cases.
