NC Spain: 26.06.25 False claim of team-attack

It keeps happening, teams that yell team-attack in cases where there is none. Other teams that "confirm" those non-existing team attacks. IMO it's time that the yellers and the confirmers learn the rules. Again, this is not the first time I see it happening, most egregious example a while ago involving a newcomer, that did a mass attack, but not a team attack, and didn't react. But in theory it could happen that a new or newish (or experienced but unfortunately dumb) manager stops an attack due to the false and unfair accusation.
2) Now if all 3 riders had followed:
As Zizou in his second contribution and surprisingly Romoc pointed out: less than 14 riders in the original group. Way less, since not only Almirall with a FB companion but also Gonzalez were ahead of the Gallego group. So was a 6 man group at the point?
So 2 riders of one team follow out of a 6 man group, join a third ahead, and there's an attempt to claim there was a team attack?
THAT is unfair, that could cost a less experienced manager (or a dumber one, but that's an estimated 100% of managers) the race.
Something like this has to be sanctioned.
You could say Zizou only asked the question, then realized his mistake, but I say even asking the question when it's so obviously not a team attack, only 2 riders in the log qualifies as unfair influencing attempt.
Kreatief with his "yes" there's no question that this should be sanctioned.
Reaction:Km: 86, Steigung: 1
Pablo Gallego (Big Donkey) attackiert
Arturo Reina (EMAG) geht mit
Nino Navas (Romoc Riders) geht mit
Custodio Fortuny (Big Donkey) geht mit
Mariano Sala (FB Radsport Team) attackiert
Saul Gonzalez (Kreatief) attackiert
Rico Risco (Romoc Riders) geht mit
1) While there were indeed 3 Donkey riders in the group that resulted from this attack, only 2 attacked/followed that km. No Almirall following, he was ahead. So asking "team attack" without even checking who attacked, is just acting in bad faith. Immediately claiming "yes", even more.zizou(10:49): Corrected myself 1 min later
Kreatief(10:49): "we need to stop them"
Big Donkey(10:48): He's not through...
Big Donkey(10:48): If you guys lack the knowledge to know the rules, and lack the brains to go check them, instead throw out baseless accusations thus influencing the race and maybe less experienced managers... has to stop.
Kreatief(10:47): but GW Zizou
Kreatief(10:47): too bad
Big Donkey(10:47): Not enough riders in the original group.
Big Donkey(10:47): Ok, fairplay thread will be opened, for attempted influencing of a race with false accusations.
Romoc Riders(10:47): - if the original group has ≤14 riders
zizou(10:46): Below 14
zizou(10:46): No
Big Donkey(10:46): Think about it for a more than 10 seconds
Kreatief(10:46): yes
zizou(10:45): Teamattack?
