Before that the Allagen case... Around 08-09? Before this form started.
And before that the Cycling Polski case... Around 07?

That's simply not one big case per year.

Ban: Before the SM case IMO overkill and not justified. As I said the million for Samu was already a lot. Am case... Justified, but didn't come. OL? Fine enough. He wanted the permanent ban. All this because he lost the tour.

BTW we are off topic.... Or not?
