Last year around this time I was called a 'retard' in this game by a currently inactive manager, which I do find incredibly offensive.
As a former FPC member, I have huge respect for the work of FPC and past decisions are past decisions, but personally, for the future, I wish offensive language like 'retard' or 'trash player' or 'stupid clown' are fined by FPC in accordance with the rules and penalty guideline.
My fellow cyclingfreaks: ask not what the game can do for you - ask what you can do for the game.

Would be cool yeah.
It would also be great if members of the FPC watch their own language as a role model for other players.

Give a clear example of what you find not acceptable. Because I don't think that in general managers who assist as Fairplay committee members should be somehow banned from the usual trash talk activities. Why should they? If they act in their role as FPC they should for sure watch how they communicate and more important act neutral.

Yesterday I mentioned Lifehead: emptyhead. I could have also called him: dickhead, stupid clown, retard, troll, etc. His riding really bothered me: Chasing red pace with different riders, without any self-interest. I could make this an FPC case. Yesterday I decided to not to go for the mountains classification and go for a stage win (and also a good GC classification). Without Lifehead's stupid pace this would have been possible! Now: no more mountains classification, no stage victory, riders under reg, even my GC leader, because I was still aiming for a stage victory kamikaze. I have decided: not to open a case, not to use swear words and not to use -3. I'll take Lifehead back on the bike, without it bothering others much. That's the best solution for me, to deal with these kind of jerks!

You did just call him a jerk. So it could still be enough for a cased open

Time to go cycling with your Beullens team: will you buy a 20er these days or will you buy 4 20ers in DIV6 later?
