edit: After explaining to him that it's not allowed, he said that he didn't know it, went off and didn't came back. So i think a message is enough. (And to suspend at least three teams, but that should be clear.^^)

Only writing down the team(s) with 1 or more * isn't enough. We also need the answer of the team(s) after you spoke to him/her/them in the chat. If there is none, than that info is as well to mention. But only transporting the info about the * here is something the program can do by itself.

That he didn't say something was clear. But what I and those responsible generally need to know is if he was asked at all. Because that is not obvious but it could make a difference.
