team attack Team Armorique

One day race 14h.
He attacked with all (8) his riders between km 5 and 10, so he broke rule 2.
Both other teams in this field were offline without settings.

no excuse! as teamattacks arent allowed in shortrace, even without any other real team, bigger fines have to be given in situations like this
