Stallion is happily inscribing but never riding, he hasn't been online a single second in all the races I've seen him in. Which is not necessarily a fairplay problem, not asking for any punishment or warnings or whatever... but could you send the guy and ingame message? Online game, not offline... Or leso a mail.
