Banned Names Sold- IHRFSS Constant rule break

I don't want to start pointing fingers without proper facts but I seem to see alot of names like Ssssssss Sssss or Mmmmm Mmmmm going through IHRFSS. Can someone check if he is the one giving these riders these names and then selling them as surely a ban wold be fair as these riders now can't have nations.

yep, IHRFSS creates that names, just look at Rrrrr Rrrrr and Uuuuuu Uuuuuu
he also sells or resets the team before each race to get a team that fits the race
if the resets it: would it be technically possible to only allow 2 or 3 resets a month? that would solve that problem

I've had my eye on him since he made a team last year with only sprinters.

It seems that he/ she knows what they're doing. I'm pretty sure that either:
A: This person has owned a team long in the past or
B: Has a proper team and uses this one as a joke

Then of course, I could just be an idiot.

@fpc and leso: ask him how he does this "riding two races each day", if he doesn't answer ban him...ok, probably he'll create another team...but it's at least some effort he has to do to continue doing that...
