Re: Multi Account Decision Bianchi Coast - Recycling Held
For a repeated offender, personally I would not advice to give him the possibility to choose.
The chosing was meant for comebackers who lost the access to their main team made a new team and already former a new squad who didn't want to give away the effort. So these are no Multis at all (they never managed 2 teams at the same time).
A well established name like Recycling Held with his record of multis shouldn't be erased imo. Makes it harder for future fpc members to track that history.
Maybe new FPC overthinks this new ruling.

2mil? damn, how many earlier multi's did he have cause i can't think of any?
+isn't giving a 2mil fine to a div6 team kinda stupid? he can just autogenerate a new one (i know recycling held is also div6) but how do you make sure he gets the fine? Might be something to think about in the rules for the future

Re: Multi Account Decision Bianchi Coast - Recycling Held
Please keep in mind that every decision is made checking the past cases and is well written in the topic and in our page that he is the new Recycling Held account. If a future commission chose to punish Bianchi Coast without do a check can't be considered our fault but I am pretty sure it would never happend
In this particular case the advantage was to have a pure sprint team with a train and a nice last man that allow him to block in last km's. So I proposed to commission to ban him untill Benelux tour. I belive this is the only real punishment we can apply there since every other punishment would just make him create another team.
Hope everyone understand that our role isn't to ban everyone but find a way to discurage the make of the same mistakes and give a punishment based on the advantage taken

What is going to happen with Recycling Held as the team is part of Volta a Portgual. Will the team be taken out?
Looks like ban is jot done by now or there is a bug because login was possible today. At the ITT (17 km long) we see that Recycling Held was online and only for the last 6 km offline (Recycling Held (6))
I fully understand that for past stages changes are way to big but for upcoming races the team should be removed from the race as actions from that team seem to be possible

Thanks for reporting it. The action was taken from the FPC already yesterday. I removed the access now for him in another way, as it seems there is (still) a bug with the banning and I dont expect Alkworld to be able to solve it soon.Schnuggeritos wrote: ↑Mon Aug 10, 2026 10:34 amWhat is going to happen with Recycling Held as the team is part of Volta a Portgual. If you see other banned accounts active, please send me a pm.
PS: Recycling Team using Recycling Held by bug using after FPC was so kind to let him decide what team he wants to continue with.
