The problem seems to have been 08-12, except that there's really nothing worth mentioning going on there in the chat, almost, almost, but that's for another thread then. Between BW and Taka, no chat fight. Taka attacking early, BW chasing hard and BW unhappy that Taka does what BW himself does way more often than Taka.
So what the fuck are we even doing here? Yes, if an "evil list" is enough for a fine, this here is more than enough.
Taka is not an innocent little victim, he is confrontational? Yes he is. He gets regular fines for it. What we have here is the old "give him the fine and us the right to insult/harass/attack him". Neither invented nor perfected by BW, it's been used by many often in the past. Time for this to stop too now I guess, if somebody his aggressive in the the chat/forum, gets fined for it, the extra insults and harassment have absolutely no place here either.
Have at it FPC, let's see if you are consistent.
Just because Taka doesn't feel a need for FPC intervention doesn't mean it isn't, I for example, the tame and lame Donkey feel very disturbed by the incredibly aggressive behaviour BW is displaying here! Do something (Or ok, maybe it shouldn't matter, maybe it should be treated the same as the list should have been treated (actually I think if anything this here is more finable than the list, but with a sane FPC neither should be fined)
