Just a quick question/idea :

About the fines, was it ever considered to fine people according to their team value, in % of it ?
we all know that 100k does not have the same impact for all teams.
But maybe we can consider that fining a team with a % of its value has more impact/balance/justice ?
Of course it's not a perfect solution, but just a suggestion, open for discussion in case it was not discussed in the past.
