I think 2 things should/can be made.
1) Adding more alternatives for designer in the design process. For example now you have from 1 to 5 for mountain and 6 for IS, we can add new categories of mountain that have as in this case also boni secs, or special IS as well.
2) We should try to export all IS / KOM etc calculation in the database and then start to build a huge database for all the races (so that you will have a personalized point system for each tour race without having to change each time manually the code that is also risky).

Stage 1: According to the Tour site: Plat. For us it's middle mountain. Can you adjust?
