Morning: 9-11. People who think about riding in the morning should post what their favorite and possible times are. Expect it to be 9 or 10 of course.
Afternoon 14-16 See above. Most likely 14+15 most popular...
Early evening 17-19: See above, but those peoples opinion is worth less than the morning and afternoon folks. Reason, early evening times are very dependent on the evening and late evening ones. While morning and afternoon can be decided more or less independently. 19-20 would obviously be bad here, even if those are the most popular times...
Evening: 20-22
Late Evening: 23-24 (24 very unlikely I think) First off, how many people actually can't ride at 22?

Anyway, write your times. And don't just write the BEST, preferred, write when you can. So if 20-24 all ok, but 22 best, write that. 22 top, 21-23 ok 20-24 not so good but ok.

OK, sure to start: 14+16
A la limit will ride but not sure: 13-17-24 (7am for me)

Morning 9h
Afternoon 16h

15h 14h, 10h in order of preference, but less than 50% chance that I'll ride this year

Probabilities for me:
50% I start in the evening
30% I start in the afternoon
20% No Giro for me, because I miss too many stages.

When I start in the evening:
Perfect Time: 22h
OK Time: 21h
In worst case possible: 23h

Small chance, that I start at in the afternoon (then 14h preferred)

More important question: Who designs it? I start and you help.

I prefer To Start at 19h Or 20h. 21 h can maybe okay.
But 5 Times is very much in my opinion.

All very inconclusive....

Morning: 9 or 10, I came out with equal or small advantage for 9, if we ignore the "only 1 time messages", which I like to actually. You have only one possible time, well, you're vote gets ignored... a bit.

Afternoon the same, very close, ignored Tukh and Gipfel, since both said unlikely start, came out with a tiny advantage for 15...

So here I will propose to Luques 9-15.

Evening:
All pretty close and even actually, 22 the winner, followed closely by 21, next 20, then 23. Early evening 18+19 equal, but 17 not far behind.

Ignored Carrera, only 1 possible time, ts ts!

Might have counted wrong, gave the wrong points (try to do 2 for best, good, 1 for ok)

17 here did much better than expected, but..... still think it's ok to ignore it.

A bit more votes would have been nice, but ok. Don't think we'll do another one for the Tour
