First round of voting for the december tour.

The voting system: Slight change to the announced system. 11 tours submitted, none disqualified , would mean 5 votes per person in the first round. I changed that to 4, think that's enough. Excellent participation, very nice!

So, in the first round everybody has 4 votes. Not changeable. And that means that the votes have to be used all at once, but of course it's possible to vote for less tours too.

The 2 top vote getters will advance to the second round. If it's very close (1 vote difference) it might be decided that more tours advance to the second round. That decision will be taken by a committee that I haven't appointed yet, but that will consist of 3 people that haven't submitted a proposal.

voting system generally something to think about, because even I would rate SPIH under the top4, altough I don't like it at all
Complete waste of time to try to draw anything decent and work it out for weeks......

So what voting system do you propose (while keeping in mind that for the Dec tour I'm the absolute dictator who might just dismiss the idea if I don't like it)
