from the "flamme rouge" is almost like this:

at -1.0 km we are at 280
At -0.8 km we are at 280
At -0.3 km we are at 340
at -0.0 km we are at 330
60 mt / 500 mt = 12%
Last 0.3 kms in light downhill
So I think 6% -1% can well simulate that "mur".

We know that you are special and like to hide your races from others, so that you have an advantage when the race later is raced. But this section is for FANTASY RACES. Not real races. So try to do something right for once and post the profiles of real races where they belong. Instead of trying to get an advantage for yourself as usual.
