May be the tour would get more votes, but no one was willing to give votes to a tour which can not win...

Which shows a big problem of this voting system... There's a reason why most politic elections forbid the announcement of results before the election time is over.

But this works for us !
We dont want a good representation, we want only one tour, the best one !
