Before going back to serious stuff lets finish Chubu:
200 km, mintact at 170, 9 riders
Sprint stage, last 6 is at 124, the last hill at 192-193 is 5 5.
Mountain stage. Start from the other side of Fuji, finish at a pass I'll try to find out the name later... grr. last 30 km all climbing, and mintact
9 riders
Hard mountains early, then softer ones and evne some flat, then short steep mountains. Should be for climbers too. Mintact 160, 8 riders

Re: Robyfiles!
For sprinters. Inspired by iBans Santiago-Valparaiso (or maybe it was Vinas del Mar too) a few years ago. "The MSR of Chile" he said. It is something similar indeed. (His more than mine) Steep first mountain, after that max 5, but hardest part the second bump, with 5-5-5-5, after that only single ones to hope to drop sprinters or to attack with classics. Mintact at 180. 9 riders. Since I think those 7 riders "sprint races" are the dumbest thing possible to design. In protest of the big number of that stupidity we have been forced to race RKL is designing only 9 rider races this winter
Hilly. Maybe should prolong it by adding the first 3 hills to the end and finish in Valparaiso... but ok like this. 9 riders, mintact from 120
Lots of money as if that was needed for escapes.. but maybe somebody sprints to destroy the escape!

2 races in South Africa
30 km mintact, 9 riders, hilly, but not really that difficult. Last 6 21 km from the end
Even easier one. No siebkm between km 91 and 162, 162 a 6. So possible for sprinters too.

We're slowly running out of fantasy flat races... so Roby made some files.
And failed. Damn 6 in the last few km, before that almost no siebkm.
A 6 at 102, 7 at 145, this one qualifies as sprint.
GPM=siebkm.. .so last one far, sprint possible.
Completely siebless

My fantasy contributions this month...
Kamtchatka: Grr, one of my offline programs stopped working, showing the maps, so now not sure if the intermediate is at the right place. Argh. A 5 in the last small hill, but sprint should be possible, despite the longish mountain early.
Sakhalin:
Short early hill, then flaaaat.
North Baikal
hilly, along the BAM, tunnels for the railroad, hills for the road.
South Baikal
Hilly, but not that many 6+ after km 60. 122-124=+4+5+6, so a sprint is possible too.
2 more in Italy:
Firenze-Bologna
Hilly
Piombino-Follonica
Should be an easy sprint,

Re: Robyfiles!
Since nobody seems eager to design short stage races for winter, ideally not "specialized" ones with x stages for the same type of rider, the Donkey starts. Maybe he inspires somebody.
Vamos a la playa!
4 days in Costa Rica. Start always in the capital, San José, then 4 stages to a beach. One north, one east, both on the atlantic, then we go to the pacific beaches, south and west.
Stage 1, 125 km, we go to Playa Tortuguera. Well, not exactly, since we'd need to cross a river or something similar to reach the actual beach. But close enough. The early climbs are not steep, only short steep stretches on top. Normally sprinters should have no problem coming back
Stage 2. 208 km, we go to Limon, where we finish in front of the Playa los baños. We're there after 178 km, but add 3 10 km laps with 2 short climbs each, both 6%. So a stage for classics. The climbs in the beginning a bit harder than the ones on day one, but without the final lap it would most likely be a sprint again.
Stage 3, the HC stage. Lots of mountains, lots of climbs. The early mountains are steep, but then it all becomes somewhat easier. The cat 1 and HC climb are not steep, the cat 2 at km 150 is 13-12-12, steep but short, the cat 2 at 178 is 7 km long, but only 3 km over 6%.
Then the final hill 14-14, 7 km from the end, gives the climber a chance to go for the win, but strong classics have that chance too.
Stage 4
150 km, to Playa Puntarenas. Hilly start, then lots of downhill. Last chance for the sprinters to get rid of sprinters at km 117-119, 5-5-6, another 5 at km 123. So here chances for both sprinters or hill sprinters, classified as flat stage, so will decide the points jersey most likely.

Re: Robyfiles!
Since we need fantasy races too, I did some
Start in Solothurn, and as a tribute to the former RSF Winter classic, la flèche Jurassienne, we first do the traditional finish of said race. Weissenstein and Balmberg. 5 6 11 14 11 12 12 9 for the Weissenstein, 9 16 14 for the Balmberg. Down to Solothurn, where we have the first intermediate sprint of the day. We then follow the Aare, to Biel, where we have the second intermediate. From there we go accross some hill we didn't know was there (well, we did, but only from far), to pass Walperswil, the hometown of the legendary pavé rider Anton Hasler. We were a bit afraid he'd put cobblestones in his village, but fortunately we could confirm that all his attempts to "improve" the roads there have been thwarted. From Walperswil we go too Aarberg, where there is a famous flee market, and the climb to Frienisberg starts. We stay more or less on top of the ridge for some km, then down to Münchenbuchsee, which is not a lake, but a village. From there we don't head directly south to Bern, but instead head north to Fraubrunnen, then back south in direction of Bern. Passing Moosseedorf, which is near the Moossee, some people call it Moosseedorfsee though. Zollikofen, Worblaufen, Ittigen, turn north again to ride over a hill and trhough the Sand. Hindelbank, turn right to Krauchthal. Where we see the famous penitentiary, rumour has it Roko Koko is a resident there now. Turn south, our final approach to Bern. But first the riders have to beat the Luzere, a 3 km climb that could break the sprinters legs. Then a fast downhill to Bolligen, a sharp right turn at the bottom, big danger of crashes there. Ittigen, Papiermühle, finish in front of the Wankdorf Stadium. But wait, before that, there is one last difficulty. The monumental Pulverstutz, a HC climb that will definetly bury all hopes the sprinters might have had, the climb starts, a right turn, a left turn, and then after an interminable 200 meters at 8% there's another 100 meters at 6%, before the road flattens out. We expect the riders to reach the finish in front of the Wankdorf a bit over a km ahead one by one.
This one an easy sprint race, no sieb km. Start in Brienz, 18 km to Interlaken, then take the north side to Thun, back to Interlaken on the south shore. And repeat this lap twice.
Another flat one, in China, from Taiyuan to Pingyao. Pingyao a nice old town, worth a visit.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pingyao
But each team will only be allowed to bring 6 riders, so the competition to be allowed to visit Pingyao should be big.
But more riders might have the chance to visit Pingyao, there's another race in Taiyuan. 6 riders again, A first hill with only 1 6 at the start, the second hill then is steeper, 6 km at 6 or 7%.
And, since the Donkey somehow felt the race would be more interesting without the second hill, Shanxi agreed to host a 3rd race.
Taiyuan-Hekou, 87 km. The siebkm is at km 31. a 6, then keeps climbing till km 43, lots of 5 and 4, one 2. It's exactly the same route as in the Taiyuan West Mountain Sightseeing Race, but stops in Hekou. And since Big Donkey agreed to sponsor this one, otherwise the government of Shanxi wouldn't have agreed to host this race too, there will be a GPM on top of the mountain. And we will pay the accomodation for 9 riders, so obviously all 9 will be allowed to start.

Some fantasy races
Easy middle mountain stage, could be classified as flat as well. Last sieb km at 99. 8 riders
West Newfoundland Cup
Flat, with hills, only the category 4 GPMs have a km with 6+ in it. So should be an easy sprint, 9 riders
East Newfoundland Cup
Hilly, not very, but the last 7 at km 141 should eliminate the sprinters, at least the pure ones. 9 riders
North Dakota Cycling Cup:
Easy, only one siebkm, at the 4. 6 riders to have more whining about trains.
South Dakota Cycling Cup:
Hilly, but the after km 100 no more sieb km, but few completely flat km
Hilly, last sieb at km 140

To change a bit from real races designing, some fantasy ones.
Mountainous race in Pakistan, should be for classics or climbers.
Easy sprint, so lots of money so that everybody attacks and there will be no mass sprint.
Hilly in the Ural, the east side as the title says. Very possible for a sprint. More 5 and so than 6+ in it, and last one far from the finish
Ural from the West side, last sieb is closer to the goal, final km a 3, so a mass sprint less likely.
Dushanbe Cycling Cup, 2 steep hills early, then 45km mostly flat/downhill, hills too steep for a mass sprint.

Easy sprint
Lap around Hachioji, if I had designed the olympic road race I'd have integrated this course and kept the race near Tokyo.
Since ZB called me stingy about intermediates and stuff, I asked Zürich to sponsor a race, lots of intermediates to make ZB happy. Actually the 2 races in Japan have rather a lot of money too.... but Zürich with all its money offers more.

Re: Robyfiles!
Too much money around in the last races, so a few with less.
Short, 7 riders, max 2% no intermediates
179 km, 7 riders, 4x7% in the 2 early hills, 5 5 4 4 5 1 until the top after the last 7, but the advantage gained there shouldn't be enough to keep away anybody. Maybe Sofiga.... Finish +2.
14 km circuit around Andorra la Vella, 3 0 3 0 2 4 5 -3 -8 -2 -1 -1 -2 0, 9 riders, sprint possible, but with 9 riders lots of attackers too. 3 intermediates, so there's money on the road as well.
That was supposed to be a race with some hills.... bah, ok, flat, max 4%, 8 riders, 210 km, 5 intermediates. Basically nothing like what I wanted to design...
Another planned hilly stage that turns out to be flat, not a single km at 6% or more.
9 riders, 3 long climbs, then a 19 km circuit in Feldkirch, with a 8 6 climb on the 2nd and 3rd km of the circuit.

Re: Robyfiles!
Donkey starts with offseason designing, hoping to inspire others.
A criterium to make Luques happy, since he thinks short races are cool
20 km, a 5 km circuit 4 times, -3 -7 3 6 1. Mintact at km 20, 6 riders.
Hilly race with start and finish in Aizawl. 8 riders
Rather easy sprint in Laos, not much siebable in the 2 early hills.

Re: Robyfiles!
Following the advice of the Donkey, RKL designed a 4 day fantasy tour, although he is not completely sure if this qualifies as "general tour" as opposed to specialized.... Anyway, let's hope there's enough other tours so we don't have to program this. In case you care about the Donkeydvice, look in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=7366
Tour of Comoros, 4 stages and the 4 islands, one though is still part of France, needed a lot of diplomacy to get the stage in Mayotte. Change the name of the tour, Comoros Unity was the name that the government of the Comoros insisted. Tour of Comoros, meaning the islands not the country finally was acceptable for both. The french really wanted Comores, the french name, but by giving Mayotte the last stage we defused that mine as well.
4 days, 2 sprints (a bit on the difficult side?) and 2 classic stages. 7 riders per team. 2 early IS per day.
Start and finish in Moroni, capital of the state of Comoros, on the Island of Ngazidja. Loop around the island, 168 km. The last siebkm is on the last GPM of the day. Not an easy start but with over 50 km after the last sieb, a sprint should be possible. 8 8 7 in the cat 2, 6 in cat 4, 7 7 cat 3, an early 7, km 106 in the last cat 4. Last km +1
Moving over to Mwali, 2 laps, 76 km each, so 152 km. 8 at the GPM 4, then 6 7 7 at km 60-62. 14 km to get back for sprinters, but normally no chance, hill sprinters why not.
Nzwani, or Anjouan in french, almost a HC stage, but should be for strong classics, the queen stage. 166 km, 4 hard climbs, 3 minor ones, the last 9 km basically flat, so should be hard for climbers. On the other hand, between km 107 and 157 there's only 3 km at less than 4 (either + or -)
Edit: The profile clearly doesn't fit the description. That's because minutes after the announcements protesters on this annoying island started bombing the road used in the extra loop, their slogans "Yes to cars, no to donkeys". Slogans, we don't care (but neither forget or forgive) but since the road is being blown up, the stage has been changed. 133 km 3 hard climbs, 2 minor ones, With the cat 2 climb there climbers still have some chances, but not favorites anymore like they would have been otherwise.
Mayotte, the second sprint 122 km, first siebkm at km 2, a 6. Then quite a few 5, but nothing more until km 80, an 8. And km 89-90 are 6 9 followed by 30+ rather flat km. Last km -1
