How many pavés races did we have in January? 0? That's a big failure.

We're entering the real season soon, we need pavés races to get ready for it. No one is designing them? do old races...Don't let this cyclocross useless races impact the number of real pavés races.

You are right, no pave race ridden in January, sry for that. You are also right that there are hardly any pave races left to be ridden. Initial problem was to find races at all (related to some topics RK mentioned in the editor thread). So I was working on a work-around to efficiently find relevant OneDayRaces for different categories/regions.

Right now there are just 2 pave races in the database Trofeo de Chapala (MEX) and Trofeo de Cochabamba (BO). Both designed in November, so not impossible to find them as they are also posted in the fantasy section of the forum.

Riding old races is fine too but I don't have the time to dig into old calendar months to find those rare pave races. If you post them in the calendar coordination thread I can load them from the archive and plan them for the next month. It would also help me not to forget to plan a pave race (which happened for January).

I think Tukh designed a few pavé races? Or maybe only planned to design some?

He did those 2 in Mexico, the one was raced as Pavé de Noel in December, the other one is still available (Trofeo de Chapala)

PS: there is also this Grolloo - Assen in the Nederlands

I'll try to create a few more pavé races in the next few weeks

6km shorter this year, a shortcut in the first half of the race, between Leberg and Lange Munte.

Mintact km 166

Volkegemberg/Holleweg 5 1** instead of Katteberg/Holleweg 5* 2* 1*

Lepelstraat 1 5 instead of Boembeek 2 4

Different run-in from Kluisberg to Berbosstraat

In total 196km instead of 192km (c4f: 196km instead of 195km)

Same as 2023

If there's changes in the ratings of the Bergs or Kasseien, would be good to post them in the this thread

viewtopic.php?f=15&t=67

(Didn't check if there were changes, just in case, and for the future)

Ardèche Classic has minor changes announced. Race will be a little harder it seems; designed as a test for 2025 EU Championships.
Details not online yet (apart from a map that makes the design not easy and accurate). I will design it as soon as enough details are available.

Nice, I can plan you in for all French races? ;-) Then I just need to find a Belgian, a Spanish and an Italian designer like you and, boom, 99% of work is done and I can focus on Coding again :-)

If I have time, yep I will happily design French races :) (except Roubaix maybe, as I am no pavé expert)

I could design it next week, if there are gpx-datas, which I cannot find yet.

No info yet, but they haven't changed route in the last years, so most likely it's this.
