Whats the idea about Tour the alps with the new "down" from RSF?

Let 8 pm start if its "up" fast enough? Letting 9.00 am start tomorrow morning with stage 2-6?
If its not fast enough today, start tomorrow both times with stages 2-6? I fear it might be a bit close for the 9.00 am time to get the tour online.

I'm not sure, if 9am wouldn't even start automatically once the server is back up. Easiest from race perspective would be to postpone by one day, but technically that's not possible currently.
