More details in the next update. Right now not too helpful this thing...
But people who like to check stuff can check if I didn't forget any RSF classics...

One thing that is sure: We need a Christmas tour, 4 days, some sort of (really no matter how far or even imagined) connection to Christmas is nice. Whoever is first will be programmed (unless I think it's absolute complete utter shit of course)

That small tour before Christmas should maybe get 5 editions but the Christmas tour only 4 editions. Not sure why you put it the other way around. Many just won't have time for a tour around Christmas.... Last year participation 6-4-5-6-7. So 4 times probably enough.

Small tour parallel to Dec Tour? Don't like that idea in general because of low participation if you have DecTour/SmallTour/OneDayRace.... Also a bit unfair to DecTour Designer to put an attractive parallel program. Well, you decided the same for Andes, but that's more acceptable given Andes is slightly longer and an extreme tour.... Mmmh, well, DecTour can be extreme tour nowadays as well if this 4 ciudades wins.... So maybe SmallTour parallell to DecTour if an extreme DecTour wins, haha.

No tour parallel to the Dec tour. Regardless of who wins. Like last year, we don't have the numbers for more.
4 editions for the short tour after. 2 off season classics parallel.
Christmas tour only 4... ok, possible.

Sent Luques the newest proposal.

Dec tour 10-15-18-21-23
Followed directly by this 2 day 4 stages OL tour
5 day tour Windwards, Rapid Vitesse.
Both 4 Editions.
Forgot if I made the Christmas tour 4 or 5 editions.

Preview should be on soon... then check the times!

We still need somebody to design some sort of christmas Tour.

Here a copy of the proposal, since Luques hasn't put it online yet. Complain and criticize fast, ideally it's finalized by tomorrow and I can start putting stuff online.

Harder to read than the PDF...
Christmas tour (which we don't have yet..) right now 5 times it seems, but I'd have no problem going with 4 either.
12-18-20-23 for Limon might be unpopular, but for once and a 2 day tour.... enough complaints can change of course.

I would really like an afternoon time for Limon, so I could ride it.
but no prob if I have to do the one day races instead (as long as they are published early enough :p )

15-18-20-23?
14-17-20-23?
All are good to me.
The question is about the morning and the 18-20h as Hansa says. If there's only me motivated for afternoon, better do the morning in case there are more teams !

Limon: 14-17-20-23 or 10-15-19-23 imo, I guess one morning tour is needed for the morning guys and I fear 11 is too late, so probably the latter.

Dec Tour: 10-15-18-21-23, not sure if I like the times :( 18h bit too early, 21 bit too late imo. But thats only me I guess, would prefer 10-15-18-20-23.. but then we have the usual 18-20 problem. Depends on the length of the races for me.. Maybe 9-15-17-20-23 is an option? But 15 and 17 is too close to each other I guess for the amount of people riding then.

Tending for 14-17-20-23 right now. While adapting the parallel 1 day classic obviously.

Morning, once every blue moon the morning can, has to miss a stage race too. Participation in the morning isn't that much higher than afternoon/early evening, 2 times that miss stage races more often. 2 day tour, IMO for once the morning can miss out on this one.

Christmas tour we have something now thanks to Hansa! But times probably 4 really is better. 9/15/19/22

At leat 4 or 5 teams more the last tours in the morning than in the afternoon I think without looking at the numbers. So better cut the afternoon than the morning in general but if it's only once it might be okay. ;)

That is usually the case, cut afternoon or early evening. But doesn't always have to be like that. From time to time the morning can "suffer"too.

I agree. Just wanted to say maybe the afternoon has to suffer more often. ;)

Where can I see the Windward profiles? Cant find them.

Rapid Vitesse fantasy part for Windwards, but I will start putting stuff online today... so online too soon.

Really difficult somehow. 17 is a rather bad time, plus 15-17 is too close, so out.
18-20. Can work. But then 23....., 21-22 is (educated guess, didn't check) the most popular generally, should get one spot.
18-20-22?
19-21-23?
Both not convincing... so unless I'll get lots of cool feedback in the next few hours (before I decide that Luques not showing up means that the updated plan is fix and start putting it online) it will be 18-21-23.... But still thinking hard....

The high category races plus the pavé race on the 6th should all be in.

MIstakes likely as usual, if you find one, mention it!!!
Already found one, Makete - Kylea and Kisoro-Kabale switched... .but decided it wasn't important enough to delete and reload on the right day....
Other mistakes..?

Ah, December not there on the calendar yet, waiting for Luques on that one, check "inscription till then for form setting etc.

Designers choice. From Rapid's fantasy thread:
All stages (except for the ITT) count equally for the points classification too, because in the Caribbean they like to keep things simple.

Participations during these days tours :

Limon :
14h : 12
17h : 2
20h : 8
23h : 8

17h was probably not the best idea. Good participation in morning with no time for morning, but 17h suffered from it.
Ok for 20-23h.
if no 17h but morning instead, what happens ? if 18h instead of 17h, creates any change ?

Winwards :
9h : 12
14h : 2
19h : 12
22h : 8

Here, there's no one in the afternoon. Ideas on explanations ? Cause teams at 9-19h are not usual afternoon teams for most of them. Afternoon teams preferred the one-day races, and that's all ?
