WC done, too lazy to post the other 3 profiles....
Final circuit with a 6. Could be a 5... horrible info on their page, couldn't find shit, la flamme rouge says it's 5.6% for 1,1 km. Or 5,2% for 1.2 km in the detail part. GPsies had 70 meters altitude gain from the bridge in a bit over 1,1 km so there seemed a clearish 6. Even if in reality it's entirely possible that sprinters will survive this 7 times.. at least I think. Ah, maybe the bridge is high above the river? Didn't think of that... anyway, 6 it is for the moment, if anybody disagrees, do it fast before Luques puts it online.

5% is better I think, the race can be for sprinters or classics, with 6% all sprinters will be eliminate sure

Here is the 3. Sauerland Rundfahrt. It is a famous one day race in my region, taking place on 22nd September:

Perhaps it is something for a different day, where you would put a fantasy race. Then you can put a real race instead.

Tried to put that Sauerland Rundfahrt in on the 24th....
But very weird, can't find it in the put in thingy...

It is in the editor, so it is saved normally. Thought might be because of the ridiculously long file name, if it's tooo long can make trouble. So re-saved it under a new name. Still doesn't show up. Then took the "." out thought maybe because of this. Still not.... No idea WHY I can't find it.

I also saved it new as "sauerland2019.c4f". Perhaps you can find that? Sorry for the ridiculous name before this one. It was the file name of from the official website and the official gpx-file....

In the database, there seem to be many races, I cannot find. So perhaps there is another way to find the race?

I fear it is something generalized, can you try to see if other races have the same problem?

Problem solved.... was a case of blindness... It was stage 1 of a tour.. .1 instead of 0 put in, so didn't show up in the 1 day races.
