I sent Luques 2 proposals a while ago:

In both the times for the TdF are: 10-14-19-21-23. Don't think that should change, 19-21-23 after the Giro with 18-20-22 seems clear.
10-14... since 9/10+14/15 generally are similar in strength IMO logic to switch there too.

Then:
Proposal A:
TdF 6th-28th
Austria from 6th to 12th. 3 times, 9-18-22
Wallonie from the 27th-31st: 3 times 15-20-24 (24 again.. up for discussion like everything else. could be 22 again)

No other stage races.

Proposal B:
TdF 6-28
Sibiu 3-7 and Austria 6-12 parallel, 9-18/15-22. So 2 editions each.
Adriatica Ionica 23/24-28 and Wallonie 27-31 11-20/16-24 2 editions each (16-24 up for discussion too)
Parallel to Adriatica Ionica there are 2 cat 2 1 day races as well.

No idea which of the 2 proposals Luques prefers, I would go for the minimal one, no Sibiu, no Adriatica Ionica.
A mix of course would be possible too, one Sibiu/AI in, the other not.

Until Luqes posts the the PDF.... opinions! (After he posts it too, finalizing ideally around the 25th)

Proposal A sounds good.

If participation in TdF is similar to Giro (59 players) but overall participation remains low, Austria and Wallonie will be enough. (22h better than 24h I believe .)

what about option c?

TdF 6-28
Sibiu 3-7 and Austria 6-12 parallel, 9-18/15-22. So 2 editions each.
Wallonie from the 27th-31st: 3 times 15-20-24 (24 again.. up for discussion like everything else. could be 22 again)

Including Sibiu may not be good for participation in Austria. Personally I prefer to have 3 editions for Austria because it's an important tour and we have quite a few Austrian users, but don't really mind option c.

Regarding Wallonie I agree that it might be good to make it like 15-19-22 indeed instead of 15-20-24, as 22 seems to have the best participation overall. With 24 you are pretty much guaranteed a tour with less than 5 teams with a GT parallel and nobody really wants that.

Designing Austria Tour. Finish probably on Thursday
Question for the Prolog TT. it is 2,5km. Make it 3km or 2km here? :)

And why not Sibiu on mid-month?

a) Because Sibiu is not in the middle of the month.
b) Because there is no reason to unnaturally make the side program more attractive.

Donkey will start putting stuff online in a few minutes... even if I'm still waiting for the finalized by Luques... grrrr

FINALIZE dammit.
So for the moment will be the TdF, with the proposed times one day races, 2 pavé races (if I find them). Austria once I get that finalized. Or then tomorrow if I still don't get it.

Sorry, Tour online tomorrow. Unless Luques is fast enough in answering my question.

Stages have been saved under 2 different "tour names" Does that create any bugs if I put it online like that or is it ok?
